At d'Annam, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new selection within 5-7 business days.
